Why it makes sense to list with me????

This is a weak market and economy,  but a majority of the agents out there still charge 5,6 or even 8%.    Most of these agents work for big franchise brokers that boast about their website or competitive advantage they have over the competition.

The reason for MOST real estate transactions occurring today are those buyer agents who have clients that found your listing on the MLS system, which all agents have access to, no matter what company they work for.   This means no matter what their website or ads they post, it was found in the MLS which any buyer agent can supply to their buyers.

Why not list with me for a low 4%, let me get your property on the MLS and you save money.   For example a home listed for 250k at 4% would be a charge of 10k.  A charge of 5% for listing with another agent would be 12.5k,  you save $2,500.00!!!   why not keep the extra money for yourself or to use towards closing costs.
